How Do I Join?

To become a member of the AACYM complete and submit the online registration form below. We ask that you make arrangements with Tina O'Shea, Membership Secretary at 773-332-7553 regarding payment of membership dues. You may also open, print and fill out this Registration Form in Adobe Reader (pdf file - 55 KB) and send it with the membership dues payment to:

Membership dues are $30 per year which includes free admission to both of our featured speaker events. Non-members pay $20 for each event. Our membership drive runs from July 1st to the date of our Fall Speaker.

Dues paid on or before September 30th will entitle member to bring a guest, free of charge to one of our feature speaker events. Any questions call Tina O'Shea.
